Mr. Vineet Nayar is the former CEO of HCL Technologies but still he is the senior advisor for HCL and currently the founder and chairman of the Sampark Foundation

During his philanthropic activities since 2013 when he got retired with Hcl in December 2013 to focus on philanthropic activities which includes Sampark Foundation along with his wife, Anupama Nayar, and his mother, Janak Nayar. Vineet Nayar sir had a spark moment in 2012, which led him to write a simple letter to his mother saying "Enough" and he had quit his CEO job and focusing on his purpose.

Around 12 years back I guess, he wrote his first book Humans First, Machines Second by Vineet Nayar and now His new book launched with title Humans First, Machines Second.

In Simple terms on the Chennai meeting that happened on 19th October 2026 in Anna Library Auditorium, empower humans even before we afraid of AI's future. The same he had mentioned in his recent interview with Rajdeep Sardesai.
