We booked room for 4 families with Towers at ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad. And we have reached the hotel around 10:30 pm because of Indigo Chennai to Hyderabad flight delayed as usual. 

Even after we made advance payment before the checkin, the crooked minded receptionist had forced us to pay 100% payment before entering the room. Requested him to give us 30 minutes, so we all could have dinner with kids and settle everything. He had forcefully informed us to Make 100% payment for all 5 days stay before entering the rooms.

Still we wanted to enjoy the experience of ITC Kakatiya because its an 30+ year old property and we though the hospitality would be good. Unfortunately even a water bottle took more than 2 hours or sometimes 30 minutes to reach us. Same food menu for breakfast for all 5 days, no buffet lunch,  smaller rooms without bathtub, less labours shows how carefully itc is loosing its guest to other hotels.

After my 5 days stay with itc Kakatiya, the positive we found is the front desk manager Sushant, f&b assistant manager Piyush and baggage staff koti are good to everyone. 

However if I was given an opportunity to stay with ITC Kakatiya for free, I would recommend not to stay even for an hour entering the 30+ years old heritage property in my life time with my family & friends ever.
