Including my friends and family of 12 with 2 babies aged 4 had to run down to catch our flight because of one ignorant female staff of Indigo, supportably the head supervisor warned us with highest attitude in favour of the female staff who stopped our baggage for no reason and stopped others male indigo staffs who are ready to support us for more than 30 minutes.

Have wrote an email to Indigo customer care seeking explanation, however we had decided to file a case on the experience we had with indigo baggage counter at Hyderabad airport and share our terrifying experience with Indigo airline staffs via a new website www.indigoexperience.in
